Made entirely from recycled materials, this A5 notebook has 100 lined sheets of 70gsm recycled paper and a certified Kraft paper cover. A handy elastic pen loop and the closure band are also recycled.

The cover design is based on the original frontispiece from The Vindication of Christmas, lovingly restored by Eldon Threads.
In 1647, England’s Puritan-led Parliament tried to cancel Christmas - banning services, feasting, and merry-making. John Taylor’s famous pamphlet from 1652 - The Vindication of Christmas - championed the people's right to celebrate. It is also one of the very first printed depictions of the white-bearded figure who would later become known as ‘Father Christmas’!
The scene shows a Puritan on the left telling Old Father Christmas: “Keep out, you come not here.” Christmas replies: “O Sir, I bring good cheere.” The figure on the right (representing the 'common man') adds: “Old Christmas welcome; do not fear.”

Made entirely from recycled materials, this A5 notebook has 100 lined sheets of 70gsm recycled paper and a certified Kraft paper cover.
